Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

At Lavendai Creative LLC, we strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. To ensure clarity and transparency, our policies regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations are outlined below.

All service and digital product sales are final

But please contact us (hello@lavendai.com) if you have any problems with your order and we’ll do everything in our power to make it right.

Refund Policy

• Digital Products and Services:
  All sales of digital products, including templates, guides, and downloads, are final and non-refundable. Once the digital file has been accessed or downloaded, refunds cannot be issued.
• Physical Products:
  Physical items are non-refundable. However, exchanges may be approved for defective or damaged items (see below).

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads
• Digital products

Return and Exchange Policy

• Defective or Damaged Items:
  If you receive a defective or damaged physical item, you must contact us at hello@lavendai.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Please include a description of the issue and photographic proof.Once approved, the item must be returned in its original condition. Exchanges for defective or damaged items will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Store Credit:
  For eligible cases where an exchange cannot be completed, store credit may be issued.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@lavendai.com.

Cancellation Policy

• Digital Products:
  Due to the nature of digital downloads, cancellations are not allowed after purchase if the file has been accessed. If the file has not yet been downloaded, you may request a cancellation by emailing hello@lavendai.com within 24 hours of purchase.
• Service Contracts:
  Cancellation terms for service agreements will be outlined in your specific contract. If you have questions about your agreement, please email us.

Taxes and Fees

Lavendai Creative LLC applies applicable taxes as required by law:

• U.S. Sales Tax: Applied where applicable.
• VAT (Value-Added Tax): Applied to purchases made within the EU, as required.
